Yes, as long as the same ink colors are used on all tee shirts. If you need to change ink colors that can also be done but additional charges will apply.
Yes, probably. There are some differences in materials that may need different ink mixtures or other setups. We will be happy to discuss that when placing an order.
Yes but there are limitations on some jackets. We also recommend embroidery for jackets.
Yes, we can screen print on many hats. For those that cannot be screen printed, we can offer embroidery.
Yes, Yes and Yes. We are specialists in the team apparel business. We custom cut the names and numbers ourselves.
The emailed colors will not necessarily be accurate due to the color calibration on your monitor/printer. A standard sent of PMS (pantone) colors will be listed on your file when appropriate. We match as close as possible. Ask to see the "Pantone Book" when placing and order to see specific shades. If you have a specific need, a physical sample that can be left behind is helpful
Yes, if using the same art, we can reduce the cost of the screen
We have a rotating stock of hundreds of screens. It is not practical to keep them, and they eventually degrade anyway making them not usable. Even if we kept it, the job still have to get set up and cleaned up afterword, so there is little savings from trying to keep a screen
Follow the washing instructions on the manufactures tag. Also, turn the t-shirt inside out when washing and drying. Pay attention to appropriate water temperature and drying temperature.

Yes, we have several artists on staff. We budget a limited amount of art time to go with most jobs. The more information or ideas you can bring, the better. It will help keep art time to a minimum and save you. We can also provide much more in-depth art design time, of course there is a small charge for that.
We will do everything we can to accommodate your deadline without a rush charge. However, in some cases we may require a rush fee if overtime is needed to meet your deadline.
Yes. All artwork is preferred in vector format, saved at full size as Adobe Illustrator or Illustrator pdf files with all fonts outlined. Raster graphics must be created at full size, at 300 dpi or higher and should have each color on its own layer. We accept the following hi-resolution file formats: ai, pdf, eps, svg, psd, tiff, and some hi-resolution jpegs. All fonts must be converted to outlines or the font file(s) must be included with artwork. If you have questions regarding the print readiness of your artwork. If you do submit your artwork as low-resolution graphics, it may be subject to design charges necessary to re-create your artwork as a print-ready graphic.
We have a large selection of printed samples in a showroom. We also have swatch cards from all the major mills. Blank garment samples are encouraged if you are looking for a specific color, style or fit. We do require a $50 non-refundable deposit (more for expensive items or more than one). That deposit can be applied toward the order. If you use that garment for the order, it is just billed with the order. If you don't select that item, we may have to charge for it.
Unfortunately, no. We are a full-service apparel decorating company. The good news is that we assume all the risk of mis-prints and other issues (like a hole the manufacturer missed) and you get all the shirts ordered with no hassles or headaches.
