Screen printing or silk screening is a printing technique particularly suited for flat or relatively flat surfaces. The heart of the process involves a fine mesh or screen that is tightly stretched around a rigid frame. The areas that are not to be printed are masked out on the screen, and to create the print, the framed screen is positioned over the item to be printed, along with a dollop of thick ink. Panda Imprinting uses the most efficient screen printing technology to ensure your designs are printed accurately, quickly, and at a cost that fits your budget. We have low minimums to make it easy on smaller organizations or businesses. But, we also have the equipment to process high volume production orders.

We have been screen printing apparel since 2007.  Screen printing – often referred to as “silkscreen,” is the most commonly ordered of our decorating methods. Screen printing is a printmaking technique used to print images on t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc. This technique is often preferred over other processes such as dye sublimation or inkjet printing because of its low cost and ability to print on many types of products.

Custom t-shirts are more than just ink and fabric; they are a public display of something important to you!  Custom screen printed t-shirts are a cost effective way to publicize your business, charity, club, group, band or event.  We can offer competitive and volume order pricing discounts on higher quantities.  This printing technique has the ability to use custom colored inks to match your logo. A screen printed image will last the life of the garment if taken proper care of.
